For fall 2012, Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci took a liking to equestrian inspired gear for the label’s presentation shown during Paris Fashion Week. Cropped capes, riding jackets, tapered trousers and thigh high boots dominated the autumn season. A gothic color palette of black, red and camel grounded the collection of slouchy silhouettes. This wasn't in my top list, but hey. Its Givenchy, so whose complaining?
