 Pictures of Virgos Lounge's summer collection have been released and it's all kind of dopeness. Glamorous maxis with their signature embellishments, flowy dresses, and chic skirts and bandeu tops. VIRGOS LOUNGE SPRING COLLECTION 2012

 I can't wait for their Topshop collection!! meanwhile they released their 2012 spring collection a few days back, And it consisted of Pastels, Spring prints , Vibrant and youthful designs and of course the signature sequins. Even though this is their spring collection, I see myself wearing this pieces all year long.  You can shop this collection HERE.

VIRGOS LOUNGE FOR TOPSHOP

 I am so excited right now, one would think I had a stake in Virgos lounge. For those that read this blog a lot this is not the first time the name Virgos lounge is popping up. So news broke on twitter this morning that Virgos Lounge is collaborating with high street store Top Shop. Virgos lounge is a UK based designer label, owned by three Nigerian ladies Fioye, Oyeyemi, and Nike. Famous for their pret-a-porter vintage inspired contemporary pieces, I can't wait to see how it is going to be tailored to the high street market. I predict summer dresses with the Virgos Lounge signature sequins in different pastels, cute shorts and minis. It will be available by the end of April..... I can't wait!!! can you?

ON MY SHOPPING LIST: VIRGOS LOUNGE AND WANA SAMBO

Hello beautiful people!
  I have decided to start supporting Nigerian fashion by wearing pieces by Nigerian designers. So while I was compiling my shopping list for next month, I included pieces from Wana Sambo (no surprise there! you guys already know I love her from a PREVIOUS POST ) and Virgos Lounge.  I've chosen these two labels because of their contemporary, youthful and feminine designs, also because they provide proof that there is more to African fashion than African and tribal prints. Check out the particular piece I have in mind from each designer. One of these dresses will be my graduation dress, can you guess which one?
